Access Control is one of the most popular RFID application. Maret provides an easy-to-use system that covers from the simplest to large scale application. Our access control software integrates advanced technology with networking capability and supports full-featured security control.

Operation

Input the card holders’ information and security rights into the database through the software. Upload the data to the master controller. Once the data is downloaded to the controller, it can work offline. When a card is read by a reader, its ID is sent to the master controller. The controller will decide whether the card has the access right. If so, the controller will send command to the door control unit to turn on the electric door lock. Records are stored in the controller’s memory and can be downloaded later by the software.

It can also be made so as to enforce one-way traffic of people, and in addition, it can restrict passage to people who swipe a card, fob or pass. As one part of parking management system, barrier gate stops unauthorized parkers entering the premises, or giving access to authorized parkers. It has an option to dispense ticket to hourly parkers. While registered parkers get access by self-service swiping their proximity cards close to the reader built-in Entry Station, or enter w/o stop if tag on window shield is read by external long range RFID reader.

The Drive Test is used for checking coverage criteria of a cell site with RF drive test tool. This is where an actual test is done in a vehicle while on a call in order to test the network. The data collected by the drive test tool is analyzed to evaluate various RF parameters of the network. The wireless cell site may include any wireless standards such as GSM, WCDMA, HSPA, UMTS, LTE, WIMAX, WLAN etc. It helps perform various measurements as listed below.

RF Drive test measurements may include but not limited to following.

  • Dropped call
  • handover with same Radio Access Technology (RAT) for example GSM
  • Handover between two RATs, for example between GSM and WCDMA.
  • Varification of different call quality levels by changing different parameters.
  • RF Signal strength measurement.
  • sector swapping either full Swap or partial Swap
  • Edge and GPRS testing with short and long PS call.
  • Short and long duration CS call.
  • Idle and connected mode tests.
  • Checking RLC throughput as per system requirement/limit

 

The Drive Route and Site Data for the sites to be driven to is taken from the customer.

Drive Test LOG File of the specified Drive Route/Site. It is then saved and the same will be handed over to customer at the end of the day. DT (drive test) Resources identify routine field optimization issues like cable swapping, missing neighbors etc., and rectify the same with the help of the customer.

Our company provides network optimization by meeting existing telecom quality of service requirements at a lower cost by providing incremental telecom network functionality and/or quality of service at an equal or lower cost. We upload all collected and analyzed data to a dedicated FTP server within 24 hours. Customers will be able to access all of the information directly from the server. MARET has its own equipment and software to perform drive tests, but posses the flexibility to get equipment from our client that meets their requirements.

MARET has a dedicated team of highly trained individuals that perform our PIM testing service. We make it a priority to train our technicians and engineers in the latest PIM technology. We are Kaelus PIM certified and we use the iPA for our PIM and Sweep testing services. Upon completion of testing we provide a PDF report with Pass/Fail results based on either your thresholds or the industry standard along with a copy of the trace file. If a failure is encountered we have the ability to perform Distance to Fault measurements and have the capability to pin point the root cause of the issue. We also offer troubleshooting services and can find the source of your PIM issues. Our technicians and engineers are equipped to replace any faulty connectors we identify and have been certified by JMA for connector replacement.
